In this area, our faculty members are working on the following topics: combinatorial algorithms, graph theory and algorithms, big data algorithms, scientific computing, parallel algorithms, numerical methods, performance evaluation, bioinformatics algorithms, machine learning algorithms.

Bu alanda hocalarımız şu konularda çalışmaktadır: kombinatoryal algoritmalar, çizge teorisi ve ilgili algoritmalar, büyük veri algoritmaları, bilimsel hesaplama, paralel algoritmalar, nümerik analiz, performans analizi, biyoinformatik algoritmaları.
